Capital punishment is prohibited. Because weapons of mass destruction are a grave threat to humanity, using weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear, chemical, biological or other similar types of weapons is prohibited.

It is a grave mistake to think that there are any winners in a nuclear war. All such a war would show it that humans were unable to evolve into a human family soon enough and destroyed themselves over the differences of leaders that humans are capable of overcoming.
The first step is for us to step back from the nuclear precipice and agree internationally that nuclear weapons, along with chemical and biological weapons may never be legally used.
