Yes, the last sentence: allowing the practice of religion both in open and in closed spaces.

It would be important to ensure that people have the right to practice their own believes in closed and in open spaces.
I agree with all of this and would expect that these points would be covered as written. Is there specific wording you think needs to be added?

It’s important to realize that Article 10 protects the right of a person to have no religion at all. Government cannot impose a religion upon its citizens. This is for the benefit of religion as well. For those who choose to believe in God, the tightest connection with God is voluntary, a loving relationship, not a relationship forced on a person by government.
