Every child has the right to a name and a nationality from birth. No one under 18 may be recruited as a soldier or otherwise used in armed conflict, even voluntarily. Children 18 or younger shall not work full time during school hours.

I would recommend to include the rights of unaccompanied minor migrants that also need to be specially protected from abuse and harm and have equal opportunities in the country of arrival (education, housing, health…). Most of these children suffer discrimination by different sectors of the society as for example media outlets criminalizing them and harming them psychologically.
Good point. The rights in IBOR, including education are applicable to everyone in a country. For example, children or anyone else would have a right to health care in any country they are in, even if they are visiting. This does not, however, create a right for children, or anyone else, to go in to a country without going through the process for admission into that country.
Every child and young adult has a right to be able to improve themselves through education. They cannot be taken away from school or war prior to the age of 18, even if that is what they want to do. Most often, war and work are things that they are forced to do, not what they want to do, and the neglect of schooling, coupled with the horrors of war, make for a difficult start that leads to a difficult life.
